RETURNS
We want you to be confident in your purchase from Undefined By Nature.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy. Items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy to qualify for a return or exchange.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet the conditions of our Refund Policy may not be eligible for return.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at undefinedbynature@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Undefined By Nature.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
